If your order is in PENDING STATUS and you choose to cancel it. Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to you immediately.

If your order is in PROCESSING STATUS Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund of 25% of the billing amount will be processed to you immediately. You will not be eligible for any refund if it is a Document purchase.

If your order is in COMPLETED STATUS, No refund shall be given in any case if the order status is completed.

It may take upto 7 working days for the amount to credit in your account.
